How is AMP published?

I created light pages with markup according to the requirements of AMP-HTML. What's next? Where is a clear instruction on how and where to publish them?
In practice, I see when I click on the AMP link from the SERP that I get to the Google servers. How does it all work? Where to upload these files? How to connect it with a regular desktop application?
