How is a graphics tablet configured in Linux?

Actually the question is this: there is a Chinese tablet XP-Pen G430 and OS ElementaryOS. The tablet is defined in the system as "UGTABLET TABLET G3 4x3" (Vendor=28bd, Product=0075) and half works out of the box. More precisely, everything works as it should (the cursor on the screen moves if you move the pen close to the surface and the first touch works out as expected). But it works like this only until the first touch of the pen on the surface. Further on pressing the pen does not react in any way and moving the pen near the surface also does not work.
My question is this: I cannot find any linux configs anywhere that would be responsible for this. Perhaps more experienced colleagues will tell me. From me + to karma and huge respect;)
Here is the output of cat /proc/bus/input/devices :

I: Bus=0003 Vendor=28bd Product=0075 Version=0100
N: Name="UGTABLET TABLET G3 4x3"
P: Phys=usb-0000:00:12.0-3/input0
S: Sysfs=/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:12.0/usb4/4-3/4-3:1.0/0003:28BD:0075.0001/input/input5
U: Uniq=
H: Handlers=mouse0 event2
B: PROP=0
B: EV=1f
B: KEY=400 3f0000 0 0 0 0
B: REL=303
B: ABS=1000003
B: MSC=10
