How is a 100% way to find out the user's coordinates (at least some)?

I'm making an application at the start of which you need to find out the user's coordinates. I
tried different providers, requestLocationUpdates, getLastKnownLocation, but the result is not reached. here is the Life360 application, it somehow famously and quite accurately does it.
how do they do it?
