How flexible is Django?

Now my specialization is PHP and somehow I got used to writing in Yii and Symfony, working with abstraction and Dependecy Injection
Now I'm trying to learn Python in general and Django in particular and I started writing a big project on this framework. So, I haven’t gone deep yet, I want to know how flexible Django is and allows you to write code in the same style as projects on Stmfony, use a service layer, and so on?

Approach a new stack with a clear head and don't push the abstractions of one stack over another
. Django is flexible and rigorous.

You don't have to write Django in the Symfony style. Write Django style.
