How effective will the study of the material be if different approaches are used?

Hey!
Before creating this scheme, I studied several sources on how to effectively and most usefully read books about programming. As a result, I got this scheme:

How effective will reading a book be if I take this approach? Please share your experience and advice.
Thank you!

Don't focus too much. Just outline the main thing, and repeat what you outlined. When you finish the book, repeat everything again, and go through the points in the table of contents of the book. If you don't remember something, re-read the chapter. And most importantly - use several sources and practice. Download several books, in each book one subject is explained differently, and you will see the object from different angles, which will give you a greater understanding. Do not stupidly rewrite the example programs from the book, just understand its essence, and write your own version.

Oh Gods! Just take the tutorial from the Head First series. They are all written with specific learning techniques in mind to enhance comprehension and memorization. In them, the educational material is mixed with instructions for its most effective study.
