Promising areas of master's degree, what to choose?

Good day. Please advise 3-4 directions of the master's program that are in demand / will be in demand. At the moment I am a bachelor in the direction of "Materials Science and Technology of Materials" of the training program "Design and Production of Products from Composite Materials" (in particular, polymer composite materials - based on carbon fibers and fabrics), I'm thinking of going to MSTU in the direction of "Materials Science and Technology of New Materials" under the program "Rocket-Space Composite Structures".
Is it possible to directly connect this area with mechatronics and robotics? Interested in direct practical work. Are there any private robotics companies in Russia that need materials scientists?

I would not bet on Russian IT companies,
because of the well-known ones, these are Yandex, mail, rambler, skb contour, all sorts of telecoms - and I can’t remember a single one involved in robotics
