How easy is it to make a basic set for a web server?

Do you have an understanding of what set of software you want to quickly deploy a website, how to do it?
Interested in nginx, mysql, php7.*, php-fpm
In a word, a classic of the genre :)
And then I got tired of the same thing every time :)

I correctly understand the intention of the docker - namely,
suppose I created my typical container with software and working sites, and if necessary6
1. I can make backups
2. run quickly in any VM or VPS
without spending whole days on it, but literally 1-2 hours for everything about everything?
Then there is not much point in bothering with the same KVM (regarding the situation with sites)
