How does wake on lan work in anyDesk?

Good day to all. I've come across a situation that I can't explain.
AnyDesk is installed on the working computer. The work computer is off. A person takes a smartphone and turns on this computer via the Internet. The smartphone is not connected to the company network. The command goes through the Internet. No special settings were made. The computer is behind Overload Nat.
And I don't understand how the wake-up packet reaches the computer. Any Desk writes something to UEFI?
In general, I can't figure out what trick is being used. Maybe someone can enlighten me on what principle wake on lan is arranged in this program?

Key tip

Requirements
At least one more AnyDesk device in the local network must be online.

That is, there are other devices with anydesk on the network and they are turned on and they are the ones that send the WakeOnLan packet.
