How does traffic reach Pods from outside the Openshift (Kubernetes) cluster?

 LoadBalancer is inside the cluster or outside the cluster? how does traffic get into the cluster? LB->route->service->pod , if it’s possible to explain on the fingers, if the traffic gets to the balancer, it transfers, for example, to the node right away or some intermediate actions (abstractly, to understand the picture). Is the response returned in the same way or directly from the node?

What does "at the same time" mean? 5 servos should start doing 1 task at the same time? It looks like a task of synchronizing shooters, which must be implemented through a message queue.
