How does the same “short description” affect SEO?

The article on the site will be published on the main page and in the /pc/ category with the same "Short description".
Is it bad for SEO? I heard it's not recommended to do that. What do you say?
And yet, would it be better to make a unique preview for a short description of the article and so that it would not be repeated in the full news?

this is normal. Quite a common practice, do it boldly

it's neutral.
SEO is good when there is a lot of different content.
+1 new description = another new content, albeit a little, but the profit is dripping.

Everything will be fine.
It is much more important to make sure that the page is available only at one address (so that there are no duplicates).
