How does the monthly Ozon subscription work?

Against the backdrop of blocking and the inability to pay for subscriptions within the application, I began to study what schemes other applications use. I came across an interesting example of Ozon.

They have a Premium account issued by linking the card and then money is automatically debited from it every month.

But I know for sure that all purchases of virtual goods, purchases of Premium / Pro accounts that open up some features within the application must go through the App Store / Google Play.

The only things that can be sold using other payment systems are offline services, physical goods, event tickets, etc. Otherwise, the application simply will not skip moderation.

As a result, the question arose: why did the App Store and Google Play skip the Ozon app?
Is it possible to do something similar with your application?

In Ozone's case, this is a store that sells goods, and they have (until recently) the ability to pay for goods through Apple Pay / Google Pay. There are special rules for these stores.
