How does the mail sorting logic (All Mail - Inbox) work?
There is no strength to fight Google, some kind of alien logic.
There is a folder entering, there the part of letters gets. It's clear, logical, and IMAP clients show it first.
There is a folder "All mail" - it's the Archive. Google can put new fresh unread emails there just like that and not show them in the Inbox. Those. in order not to miss the letter, you need to climb through two folders to look for. Especially on mobile freezes. There is no support, there is no one to ask.
Moreover, new, unread letters that got into "All Mail" are not displayed on the counter near the folder name as unread. Those. It's not exactly clear whether there are letters there or not - you need to check with your hands and eyes.
How does it work and who invented it at all? One checkmate is on my mind.
