I would like to know from knowledgeable people how to hardcore reinstall an unsupported version on iPad 3 (currently it is 8 but 7 is needed), what needs to be done and what to study, since my search has not been successful so far.
I would also like to ask at what level the firmware is checked in the iPad, what checks and decides whether to install it or not.
I’m even ready to hire a freelancer who will help, tell and show.
