How to create custom transition with View substitution between ViewControllers (Substitution Animation in Content)?

Hello. There was a need to create a custom transition with View substitution, but I have not come across such 3d animations before. Perhaps someone has something similar.

Scroll down to Custom Segue. It describes the creation of a Segue that animates a transition, unfolding a new screen from the point where the Segue was initiated from (like pressing a button, a new screen "grows" from this button). As far as I understand, it needs quite a bit of tweaking to make it work the way you need.
