How does the Geff generator work?

I got the task to make a Geff generator, but there is simply no pseudocode or code on the Internet (which is better), maybe someone has come across this and can either sketch pseudocode or code.

First, understand the shift registers, implement them. Then the multiplexer. Then see how it is all connected there and read the formulas.
If you really want "pseudocode" you can google the implementation on VHDL.
