How does the form change depending on the page?

Good evening!
There is a site for printing-stamps-tver.rf, on which there is a button "Order printing" in the header on the right (the form was made through the RSForm Pro component). On the page https://print-stamps-tver.rf/pechati-i-shtampy/f... the header has a different shape, the header was made using SP Page Builder. There is only one header for the entire site, but somehow it changes on this page

. Made by a person with whom there is no connection. Now you need to assign another form on another page as well. Tell me where to look? What to search?

If you open the program code of the page, you can find the line below

<input type="hidden" name="form[formId]" value="20"/>

Which just corresponds to the 20 id of this form, the other form has id 18. A search for this string in all the files on the site did not give anything.
js files templates scanned, nothing found. Where to look - I do not understand ...

We figured out the comments:
the Joomla component RSForm!Pro used on the site is configured through the Joomla web admin panel. In particular, the created forms are assigned to menu items.
