In VKontakte, on the site itself, it has long been no longer possible to find the nearest events by date (why was it necessary to remove this?) So I wanted to make an application that, through the VKontakte api, would request a list of events with a date in the name like "February 9" "9 02" " 09 02". But after searching Google, I found an application https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ru.xb0.ev which does exactly what I want but much more. It finds absolutely all events on that day, even if the date of the event is not indicated in the title. How does it do this if there is no method for searching all events by date in the VKontakte API for applications in the group search https://vk.com/dev/groups.search ?
