How does text generation work based on existing ones?

I want to make a neural network that will generate poems based on existing ones. Let us feed her all Pushkin's poems and let her give out a text with a similar style of writing.
Please tell me if it is possible to use the GPT-3 model for this (in my case, ruGPT-3 for texts in Russian). And what is the algorithm of actions to achieve this goal. All the examples I found were based on the continuation of the text, and not the creation of a unique one.
Something like this:
