How does synchronization work in Chrome/Yandex Browser?

Such a question: let's say I used the browser for a month or two, and then turned on synchronization. Will another device show this history, passwords, etc. collected during these months? Or will only new data be synchronized?

Yandex browser (Yandex) and Chrome (Google) are different systems, and synchronization is possible only with extensions, such as EventSync (these are only bookmarks)
