How does some plugin override emmet in Sublime text 3?

Emmet does not work in a Sass file when writing an abbreviation, a hint of similar inscriptions from other open files comes out. This did not happen before

A file is open somewhere or Sublime sees my-header in the file.
Just open 1 file where you write the code.
It helped me.
