How does RIPE deal with unannounced ASs and prefixes? Are there free blackholes for BGP?
Actually the whole question in the topic. It just so happens that there is no case for AS with PI prefixes yet. Maybe someone had experience that they took away or tried to take it for a simple one?

Sooner or later, a letter from rip will come with a question about dedicated networks. Usually everyone answers it and everything remains as it was. This is if you have your own LIR. If the block is small, some small lire allocated it, then it may have its own rules.
The second question is not clear.
