How does repetition of HTML and CSS code on different sites affect SEO?

Hello.
When I start creating a new site, I take my best practices so that I don’t start everything from 0. Some styles remain the same on several sites. The same is true for HTML markup. The sites themselves are not similar to each other, but there are many similarities in the code.
How does this affect SEO for websites?

Doesn't affect at all.
There are popular libraries like Bootstrap that are used by millions of websites.
Code snippets, such as those from codepen.io, have also gone viral on the internet.
CSS is not a ranking factor.
The ranking factor is, for example, adaptive layout.
HTML is also not directly a ranking factor.
But semantic layout and schema.org markup, on the contrary, are important.
Well, do not forget the main thing for search engines is unique and useful content.
