How does freeswitch know caller_id_name?

There is a freeswitch based on fusionpbx.
There is a v_xml_cdr table in the database (postgres), which stores information about all calls.
There are human-readable names in the caller_id_name column (Ivanov II), but they are not set anywhere in the configs/users.
Where does freeswitch get them from?
The sip traffic dump did not clarify the situation (tcpdump -nqt -s 0 -A -vvv -i eth1 port 5060)
I see numbers in the dump, but there are no names in any form (Russian / English, urlencoded, base64, etc.)
