Maybe providing services to other companies? B2B, so to speak. I see on their website and WebMoney is mentioned.
I, however, think that having duplicate keys to a significant part of the apartments in the city, you can find a way not to stay hungry. With duplicate keys from services too.

Now, if you take a subscription fee from companies for the right to use the service - what amount can it be, so that it is not too expensive to scare the company away, but not too cheap to burn out.
I noticed a long time ago that enum was made by the same people as WebMoney and exclusively for WebMoney. Therefore, it is not scary to trust them with our keys, they already have access to all wallets.
