how many SEOs, so many opinions) It is
better to read Google.
They write, CNC is important. Without CNC (or with too complex a link structure), their bot may not fully index the site.

Make a site for people, not for search engines. Search engines love it =) CNC for people. Matching words with the request are also highlighted in the url. It definitely won't get worse. And it can be more convenient. It is convenient to use CNC links in messengers to determine what it is about. For example, friends often throw off links to news, and I understand by CNC whether I read it or not =)

CNC today does not affect in any way, snippets and duplicates, as dimonchik2013 said, have nothing to do with CNC. Those. duplicates may be CNC, they may not be without CNC

CNC CNC strife. It is not the presence of CNC itself that is important, but its consistency. For example, /category/goods1 implies that this is the product page of goods1 and that it belongs to the category category, and that there is such a category and a page for it. This does not affect SEO, but it does affect indexing, which indirectly affects SEO.
Roughly speaking, the search engine is easier to understand the structure of the site even without a sitemap. What will be displayed in the search results is not a fact that is positive. More often, simply in a larger number of pages in the index, or vice versa, in a smaller one, due to the care of duplicates.
In this case, the weight of the pages /category/goods1 and ?cat=category&goods_id=1 will be the same.

Affects. If the page url contains keywords (even in transliteration), this can serve as an additional plus in ranking. If you enter some query in Google or Yandex, you will see that search engines highlight the keys not only in the title and description, but also in the url too.
