How does Chrome default search "YEAR"?

In google, through the tools, you can filter the search by time per year. How to make the search return information for 1 year by default?

Right click on the search bar in the browser -> Change search engines.
You add your GoogleCustom system to the google.ru domain.
I took the queryString from Google by default and added tbs=qdr:y to the beginning
Don't forget to set the new search as the default search.
