How does a one-time link to a private telegram channel work?

It is necessary to make the bot output a one-time link to the closed telegram channel. That is, a limit so that only 1 person can enter the channel using this link. With the bot.create_chat_invite_link method, it didn't work for me. I understand that the error is stupid, but how to implement? Aiogram
