How does a company pay a non-resident freelancer?

Actually, there is an LLC in the Russian Federation and a non-resident freelancer - an ordinary arbitrarily taken performer from the exchange.
Is it possible to pay off such an employee, and if so, what is needed for this?

Pay the exchange, and let the freelancer deal with the exchange from his side. Does the stock exchange have a representative office in your country?
