How do you write articles?

Good day everyone!
For a long time I want to write a collection of articles or even a small e-book on the topic "RESTful api + SPA from the very beginning"
But I don't know where it is more convenient to write so that code inserts are highlighted, formatting, nice fonts, etc..
As an option, file a blog with blackjack and highlighting on the knee, or https://www.gitbook.com / https://evernote.com , etc.
Maybe someone can suggest more options? Where it would be convenient to write drafts on it topics
ps if anyone is interested in a bunch, then this is Symfony 3 + Angular 2 seasoned with the right way and other goodies)

I write on gitbook myself . Conveniently, markdown. Can be extended with plugins.
Here , let's say, you can save to PDF, ePub, Mobi.
There were also examples with step-by-step reading and saving what was read, like here

ask the layout designers maybe there is a plugin for Indes for syntax highlighting
