Packages are the best in Auchan, IMHO. And in general, Photoshop is the last century, a sketch for everyone!
But seriously, I'm setting up my environment. It depends on the task.
If it's just to make up - I set up gulp (sass + minification) and a simple project structure. Well, I'm starting to type. In Sublime)
If something is more serious - I'm doing a new project on Node + Express.js in WebStorm, connecting / creating a database, ...
