Browser support for css3 print rules and alternatives

CSS3 provides in theory a lot of options for formatting the printed version of a page.

For example: www.w3.org/TR/css3-page/#renderingpages

But apparently browsers don't support these features yet

Question: Is there a cross browser (ie7+, opera, chrome, safari, firefox)
for creating headers and footers in a printable page?

Interested in custom header and footer of each page.

Like this:

@page {

@top-left {
content: "Title of the page";
color: blue;
}
@top-right {
content: "The address of our site";
}
}

The decision to prepare a pdf version of each page habrahabr.ru/qa/596/ does not suit us :)
