How do you use MacOS?

Friends, tell us how you use Mac OS to get the most out of convenience and productivity. I have been using Mac OS on my MacBook for the third year, but the feeling that I am doing something wrong does not leave me.
Multi-window. I can not fully appreciate all the advantages of this feature. For the life of me, it seems that switching between tasks by Alt / CMD + Tab is much faster, and flickering windows when flipping are very annoying, especially when you need to jump to two or three desktops at once. You have to swipe through the desktops with a trackpad swipe, but this is again a waste of time moving your left hand from the keyboard to the trackpad. Switching desktops from the keyboard generally requires the use of both hands.
Full screen mode. When stretching a window (for example, a browser) to full screen, it is simply stretched, and when you move the mouse to the edge, it constantly strives to resize the window. In the default full-screen mode, the panels are not visible - very inconvenient - the time is not visible. Pulling up the mouse and waiting a couple of seconds to stupidly look at the time is very annoying. In Chrome, you have to constantly aim at the tabs - you can’t, like in Windows, throw the mouse up and click - the tabs don’t stick to the edge of the screen because of the same top bar that pops out when it’s not needed.
Dock. I had to hide it, because vertically Mac OS doesn't try to conserve space at all.
launchpad. Extremely inconvenient grid of icons - it's impossible to find anything quickly. Can't sort properly. The vertical list of the Start menu in Windows allows you to find a program by name much faster. In Launchpad, you have to identify programs only by icons, not by names.
I repeat, I've been sitting in Mac OS for 3 years without getting out, and still I'm not used to it. Before it sat on Linux. Can you give some advice on what this operating system should be eaten with?

Multi-window.
I use either the trackpad (swipe up with three fingers and select the desired window) or the magic mouse (tap with two fingers and select the desired one).
Usually 2-3 fullscreen applications are launched in which I spend the most time and, accordingly, moving between them is only one swipe left / right. Small applications / utilities that are needed only periodically on a separate desktop.

Scroll through desktops with a swipe on the trackpad
megikmaus, swipe with two fingers
Full screen mode.
I only use fullscreen. I need time at most once every half an hour. Therefore, you do not need to constantly see the menu bar.
I'm not talking about chrome. I am completely satisfied with the safari.
Dock
You can position it on the left or on the right. As an option to make
Launchpad leaving.
We group by folders, rejoice. Or, open the launchpad and immediately start writing the name of the application.
Personally, I prefer Sportlight (ctrl+space app name). The most used applications in the dock.

I also always use Spotlight to search for any programs or perform any operations.
The terminal has been slightly upgraded with the "oh my Zsh" program, its advantages can be found on the World Wide Web.

I'll add about multi-screen:
You can move between screens by CTRL + left / right
Full screen mode.
Install a program like Moom - control the location and size of windows. In one click, expand to the entire desktop space, but not full screen mode.
They wrote to you about the Dock.
About Launchpad - hold down any icon in the launchpad and connect it with another - a system like in iOS for creating folders. Group and organize programs into folders.
For a quick search by name, there is a search bar at the top.
You can also quickly launch a program or service by pressing CTRL-Space (launches Spotlight) and starting to type the name of the software. People are replacing Spotlight with Alfred

The magic mouse, rightly so. I didn’t like it myself, but I don’t have much choice, bluetooth, touch panel, everything.
When without a mouse, then I flip through it.

Learn hotkeys. although it doesn’t bother me personally at 15 MBP, it didn’t bother me at 13 either.
--Dock--
Similarly, I work with the second monitor, as a rule, all applications are within reach.
--Launchpad--
Search by search

Multi-window: cmd + tab while holding cmd. I move with the mouse. Handy when there are a lot of open applications.
Fullscreen: I use https://www.spectacleapp.com instead. Doesn't give the same effect, but stretches the application window to the whole screen/half.

As a player, it costs a year in fact) and works because of the presence of bluetooth)) on a PC for a year now I can’t find a regular usb bt .. I
really only managed to appreciate the convenience and productivity with the purchase of a magic mouse. But again, if we take into account the 27 "cinema on the PC, all the conveniences and efficiency, to put it mildly, will be "forced out" by the giant from the PC.
I realized that for the sake of osx and so on, it was not worth giving 34k rubles at that time, although now this value is twice as much, that's all Well, yes, there are
some usefulnesses and only in the axis, but in fact nothing fabulous, ala will never die (it will die, but worse than Windows, it will take half a week to resume / reinstall for the first time ...), which they say does not lag, and so on.
Pros: working time, magic mouse for work, the axis itself in rare cases. But for creative professions, probably the best option. I record everything on my own, the sound drivers are friends without BSOD and other troubles, such as with Windows. Yes, for music, graphics, video I agree.
Of course, if you have a poppy and you use dumb parallels on it, etc. with Wirth. Windows .. I think the feeling of money spent to the wind does not leave such a minute))

We already wrote about Spotlight (cmd + space) for launching programs. Very comfortably. You can also try Quicksilver, Albert. As a result, the standard functionality suited me.
Doc made a left and hiding. I use it quite rarely.
Flipping desktops is on Ctrl + right / left arrows.
I also installed Xtrafinder. Quite a convenient addition to the finder, but it is not easy to install it in the captain.
For the terminal, I installed iTerm and Oh my zsh.
I work with two monitors, so the clock is usually visible somewhere.

MacbookPro + 2 monitors
1. Set SizeUp - move, stretch, minimize - all on hotkey
2. Don't buy mice - everything sucks. Macbook or MagicPad touchpad only.
3. Switch between desktops
with a swipe 4. Put Alfred without talking - premature spotlight
