How do you understand junior, middle, senior in design?

I am interested in this issue, I work with my friend for a couple. We want to submit a resume to an IT company, but we always find it difficult to answer the question "your level is junior, middle, senior"

open a vacancy for a middle and look at the requirements, if you know how to do everything, then you fit under their middle position. others may have such requirements for June
