How do you repair the tray Kyocera 1128 1035 2535 and analogues?

In almost 90% of the kioser park, the front cover of the tray breaks off; it was Japanese engineers who either did it on purpose or were crooked. Well, maybe ~ 100 mfushki 90 - they were with broken trays. + experience from the previous place of work, there are similar troubles (although in those days there were still 1128)
And how do you prevent this or repair it?

Indeed, these devices have a rather weak attachment of the "muzzle" of the tray to its base, and at the slightest distortion of the device, the tray wedges and the user starts trying to open it by force, which leads to the separation of the front part of the tray. This can be prevented by placing the machine on a level, flat, horizontal surface to avoid any distortion and to prevent any objects from falling under the machine, including sheets of paper, paper clips, pencils, etc., which may cause the tray to jam.
