Some/many SSDs use hardware encryption. How, in this case, do specialists recover data from them in case of failures? Or does it not have a significant impact on the process? Why?

The requirements of resistance to hacking and high maintainability are contradictory, a reasonable manufacturer will choose resistance, and a reasonable user will choose a backup policy.
