How do you protect your advertisers' ads from being clicked?

There is a module for placing banner ads with pay per click. But the next question is, how best to protect yourself from different imacros and autoclickers, as well as people who click several times? What is the best thing to do for this? Record the transition from this ip to the session or is it better to use a database? What do you advise?
Here is what is now: here . Random classes are generated, dummies are created, for reliability I put everything in an iframe, validation by tokens. is that enough?

Set flash cookies + use hsts tracking to determine the uniqueness of the client.
You can score on IP and user-agent, they change easily.
