How do you organize and manage your website bookmarks? I add them to my favorites, write them down on pieces of paper, store them in drafts, in a github and just a text document. Are there any services that provide a convenient and easy bookmark management interface?

Five years ago, I gave up bookmarks, in general, I realized that I just save them and never read, if I need to read something, I read it on the spot.
