How do you monitor the hours of performers?

Good day friends! Actually, I'm currently working with an offline studio that is developing one product for me. Payment by the hour, now the backend and the rate are decent in the queue, before that the studio did the layout for me and I paid on parole, they got 15% out of the planned time, but now more difficult work lies ahead.

1) I install the time tracker https://hubstaff.com on my computer, launch it as soon as I start work. I stop as soon as I finish. The program takes screenshots. The customer can always see what and how I did every 5 minutes. Trust is higher and I am calmer.
2) At the same time, I log hours in Jira. There, the customer can see the progress of what has been done and what remains to be done, and how much time was spent in total and on each task separately. There are also summary reports to track the process as a whole.
3) Git code is there. But as a rule, this is not entirely clear and interesting to customers, they mainly look at the finished product, report on time, and on tasks.
Ps. To identify deviations in development at an early stage and understand the rise in the cost of a product, consult or hire a good scrum master.

Daily: GIT (changes/times per day) + 3 lines:
1. Current percentage of completion
2. Start date of the next stage from the detailed list of works
3. Add. information
