How do you lookup the process id between htop and mod_status?

Good afternoon. I'm trying to catch a process that loads Apache by 99-100%, usually it's 1-2 processes out of a couple of dozen. They do not ship for a long time, they quickly disappear, but they do. On the page with mor_status, I have never been able to find the same process id that is displayed in htop under 100% loading. How to do query analysis?
