How do you know similar fonts?

Hello.
I have the font Museo Cyrl 300,500,700,900 and italics respectively. But they are in otf format. After all, this is not enough for the site, right?
And in Google fonts there is no Museo cyrl. What are the best analogues you know? a site for a female audience and that the font was serif, not strict and friendly.
