How do you feel about the Russian language in the documentation comments?

In our projects, we use JSDoc to generate documentation. We write comments in English, we want to switch to Russian. But using the Russian language in the code (even in the comments) seems to be wrong, although I don't see any obvious reasons, while the advantages are obvious.
Actually the question is: How do you feel about using the Russian language for commenting on code and, in particular, for writing documentation comments?

Your code must be in English only!
For comments in Russian one day for someone may turn out to be the same useless garbage as comments in Chinese for you and me

If you write not in 1C, then use Russian in the comments - I don’t see much point ...
