How do you deploy a production site?

How do you deploy a site on Bitrix? I'm currently backing up and restoring it in production. Very uncomfortable. Does anyone use capistran, fing or something else?

And the Bitrix developers do not prick on this issue? Someone, and they have a complete order with marketing, will surely find some kind of report for developers.
Maybe this will fit?
