Personally, I do this:
1) I listen to relaxed music while I work (SYML, for example) if it doesn't bother me. Great for helping you wake up.
2) While working, I periodically do exercises (the fitness tracker notifies me that I've been sitting too long)
3) I sleep at lunch
4) Airing is the most important thing. Stale air kills the brain.
5) I take a walk after work
UPD: not so long ago I started running 2-3 times a week after work or on weekends. From music, live broadcasts on the ChilledCow channel began to come in perfectly (just melodies without words). I listen all day at a low volume, otherwise the music distracts me with words.

It is unlikely that you will be helped much by knowing how others do their job.
Strength and motivation end for a reason, there is always a reason - look for it. It can be both internal and external, it can be any. from the banal “recycle” or “relatives drip on the brain and distract” to “my whole life is decay and this work does not matter.”

You need to understand human physiology in order to understand how this is solved. Motivation and willpower are directly dependent on the levels of serotonin and dopamine in the body. And freelancing is the destroyer of these hormones, from a lack of mobility and an incorrect mode of operation. How to fix? First of all, go in for sports. Anyone! Starting from yoga (although this is not a sport, it has a good effect on the body), ending with a piece of iron pulling. Then add a contrast shower to the regimen. Be sure to get your daily routine in order. You need to get up early, and go to bed no later than 24. Ideally, at 22. An hour before bedtime, turn off all the lights to the maximum and do not sit in front of the computer or on the phone before going to bed. Why? Light does not allow the body to start producing melotonin and you will not sleep well, hence waking up already tired. Of course, it is still desirable to look at your diet, but believe me,

I'm doing well. Skills and motivation do not end there.

No way, but for many years there has already been some kind of addiction to adrenaline, when you are sitting without income, deadlines are on fire, you manage everything at the last moment, and in chocolate, and then kick again and start all over again. Or maybe I'm just a mess.

Well, as they recommend everywhere:
1. Observe the regimen.
2. Work in a specially equipped place
3. Regular physical activity (At least a walk for 2 hours)
4. Proper nutrition

In remote work, on the contrary, there will be more forces. No need to get up early and waste time on the road. Sitting at home is much more comfortable than at the office.

it's just overwork, you spend more energy than "expected"
work less, or eliminate stress (so that you have more strength), add physical activity

It's funny that most of the "coping" wrote during working hours

Motivate yourself financially, namely, make sure that you need money. There are many options
1. Get married
2. If you have a wife, find a mistress
3. As previously recommended, take a mortgage
and so on.
I started freelancing after I took out a mortgage. and got into freelancing. I paid off my mortgage a long time ago, took another one, every year abroad in 5-star hotels with the whole family. So there is something to work for.
