How do you check for completed actions in social networks?

I saw such a service gleam.io and there they check for actions on the social network, for example, I made a tweet on Twitter and then checked the service with them.

I could not find information on the Internet, maybe there is an api in social networks or a previous site, but it needs to be done through telegram.
