How do you balance homeschooling with child care?

The problem is this, I have a child of 3 years old.
I need to study / read / watch an online course / solve problems related to IT (for example, studying a database, modeling in uml, building a data model, installing a database on a computer, watching an online course, reading book, etc.) for the purpose of self-development, gaining experience and building your career.
All of this is rare on weekends.
On weekends, I often stay alone with my child. So calmly or restlessly) read. look. tinkering with the computer I can not / succeed.
Puzzling over how to combine my IT development with my child's activities / games. So that during classes with a child, you yourself learn! At the same time, classes are interesting for both you and him :)
How to do this is not possible. Does anyone have such experience? Scheduled curriculum? How do you study at home and develop with your child? in IT direction

teach your child that there is a time when you are not to be touched
combine your IT development with your child's activities/plays
no way / read aloud to yourself and to him

Exactly the same situation. Already resigned that you have to wait until the child grows up :)))

In your case, only with Arduino you can tinker. Put the car together on a remote control or something like that. The child needs something to pick up and play with.

There are many options for classes, but a lot of time at a time will not be freed. The easiest is to include educational cartoons in English. English will be taught by the child and you. And thanks to the right cartoons, the child develops, then he can invent an occupation for himself.
Other options (sometimes you have to be distracted, but you can free up 15-30 minutes): give pencils, plasticine, paints, books, glue sticks and pre-made papers for gluing, allow toys to bathe ... allow you to draw walls :D

I understand, I myself am in such a situation, only a child is a year old.
In your case, it should be simpler - at 3, fantasy begins to work for them, you can captivate with toys
