Good day to all, please advise a book (s) in Russian on learning Ruby and RoR, if any, I have trouble with English, I study, but there is still not enough literature for reading those literature, I will be very grateful.

There is nothing relevant in Russian, but what is (flexible development on rails 4) is not recommended for reading.
Read in English, better slowly than nothing:

Ruby is a good and 95% up-to-date book: David Flanagan, Y. Matsumoto
On Rails, there are not many books. You can look at rails 3 and this

In general, there is a lot of material on the net, articles, tutorials, castes.
Well, English at least at the level of reading documentation is a must.
