I'm laying out a layout with news blocks. I would like to clarify with you, with adaptive layout, do you set a fixed height for the entire block or just the header bar? And ideally, could you give an example of such a layout? . Layout on Bootstrap. I don’t lean towards the version of setting a fixed height for the entire block, as pictures are responsive. and if you set the height of the plate fixedly, then the text does not fit on the mobile version, as the number of lines increases.

Why do this?
If you want to crop put a fixed height in em and text-overflow (works and looks bad)
