Surely those who looked into the markup of Google services noticed that the names of the classes are somehow strange, some decisions on the arrangement of elements are not obvious, etc.
Is this some kind of program?

A tree is built + unification of objects through automatically generated IDs:
Base grid => Color palette => Set of blocks => Data array for blocks (in the same place: router with URLs and request methods) => Template engine.
Result: input - array, output - site.
