I use some services for booking tickets and they send me direct whatsapp notifications from their business account. I never corresponded with him (it can be seen from the screenshot).

Question: how do they do it?)
We also need to send notifications to customers about order statuses. Not everyone opens email, SMS also does not always go through, since most clients are roaming.

There is such a thing as the WhatsApp API, through it, if the number is known, you can send a message automatically, i.e. if some information is received, the bot automatically sends it to WhatsApp by number.

"THEY" do this through a closed whats-app api that is available only to "monsters"
in early August, Votsap announced the opening of api, but as I understand it, they still don't give access to anyone,
but "mere mortals" use Votsap hacks or services built on the basis of hacks watsap.
