How do they get through?

All good.
There is a mail server on which fail2ban is installed and now it throws addresses into a ban, but I can’t understand where they are from. I closed the icmp pass incoming on the router, maybe someone has a desire to explain where they are from and how to close such rudeness, since my address sometimes also appears in this list.
